Just received another approval on a short sale! Great looking house in the Woodward Lakes, Fresno. This one was interesting because the homeowner has not missed a payment and REALLY doesn’t have a hardship besides being upside down. It’s funny that the lender considers negative equity a hardship! The lender is First Franklin, super easy. Three days after submitting my complete short sale pack we had a BPO done. Two and a half weeks later I have an acceptance letter show up in my efax!!
